A kindhearted Southwest Airlines flight attendant has gone viral for her sweet gesture after spotting an exhausted mom on one of her flights—she did the nicest thing.

Mom-of-one Savannah Blum had just visited family in Texas for Spring break and was on a connecting flight home to Reno with her 19-month-old daughter Brittan.

She was extremely exhausted from all the traveling, and although her daughter usually snoozes during flights, this time, her daughter wouldn’t stop crying.

That’s when the sweet flight attendant, Jessica, stepped in.

She offered to carry her while doing her duties, as she saw how tired Savannah looked.

She went up to the mom and said, “Come here, baby. I got her, Mama. You go sit down,” according to NBC New York.

Savannah, an elementary school teacher, recorded Jessica picking up Brittan as she made her way down the aisle, getting the plane prepared for takeoff.

She closes overhead bins, reminds passengers to fasten their seatbelts and switch their phones off, all while carrying baby Brittan.

Brittan appears to feel right at home in Jessica’s arms and blows sweet kisses to the passengers as they near the front of the plane.

Everyone finds her super cute, and they all say “Aww” in unison.

“Everyone loves this little girl — even Southwest passengers and flight attendants,” Savannah posted on Facebook.

One commenter said she was also on the same flight, and chatted with Jessica herself!

She shared, “I was on this flight … I asked the flight attendant how she got so lucky,” the woman shared. “She replied: ‘Pretty cute carry-on, right?’ Made my 14-hour day of travel sweeter!’”

Southwest Airlines told NBC New York, “(Our employees) take great pride in delivering our legendary Southwest Hospitality, so it’s not surprising that one of our amazing Flight Attendants shared her Southwest Heart while helping to care for one of our youngest customers in such a sweet, fun way!”

The world needs more kindhearted people like Jessica, who do good things without asking for anything in return.
